Bridge SaaS Limited (ACN 130 148 560) (Company) lodged a Replacement Prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) on or about 15 August 2022 (Replacement Prospectus). The Replacement Prospectus replaces the prospectus lodged with ASIC on 1 August 2022 (Original Prospectus).
The Replacement Prospectus contains details of an offer by the Company of a minimum of 22,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (Shares), at an issue price of $0.20 per Share to raise $4,500,000 (before costs) (Offer).

No securities will be issued on the basis of the Replacement Prospectus later than 13 months after the date of the Original Prospectus.
