The Head of Sales’ primary responsibility is to sell Bridge`s products and services, perpetually finding unique ways to engage and increase sales and clients. To do this, the role will build and lead the Sales/Growth function and to coach/develop a high performance and efficient SaaS Sales team.
The Finance Manager will work with the CFO for financial and management accounting, FP&A, data analysis, and sales reporting. You’ll take part in almost every aspect of the business’s financial well being, as well as help implement processes and controls as we grow. Working in a small team, this role is a fantastic opportunity to grow into additional areas such as investor relations, commercial finance, strategy, corporate finance.
This newly created role reports to the Head of Operations and will support the execution of program & project management across the organisation, the delivery of operations excellence, procurement, people & culture, resourcing and facilities management. Directing, reviewing, and optimising office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
