Head of Sales
Location: New Tech Central Sydney office

Salary: $230K + super + equity
Bridge is a ASX listed Software as a Service (SaaS) company that brings together (or “Bridges”) predominantly not-for-profit community service organisations and participants of government funded disability & social programs.

About The Role
The Head of Sales’ primary responsibility is to sell Bridge`s products and services, perpetually finding unique ways to engage and increase sales and clients. To do this, the role will build and lead the Sales/Growth function and to coach/develop a high performance and efficient SaaS Sales team.
Examples of what this role will do include:
Delivering Exceptional Sales Results: Drive sales, aggressively expand the customer base and generate new revenue, Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximise sales opportunities, Deliver Bridge’s Sales plan and ensure the sales function is delivering to the plan.
