Emails are free of charge and SMS are charged at $0.10 per sms. SMS are charged at the end of your billing month.
We will collect your credit card details when you sign up. The card will automatically be debited monthly/yearly.
You do not need to sign up again. Your subscription will continue until cancelled.
Simply email us on info@bridge.website for cancelling your subscription. Please refer to our minimum subscription clause.
We have no refund policy. However, cancel anytime and you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for all charges incurred for the current billing period (monthly or annual). If you have incurred any SMS charges, they will be settled on the day you cancel your account.
If your account is inactive, you can still request for your data. You will incur an additional fee for this service.
